Celebrating Environmental Month and Burn Prevention and Treatment with the Rotary Club of Subic

“The environment is no one’s property to destroy; it’s everyone’s responsibility to protect.”
The Rotary Club Subic distributed seedlings, seeds, and reusable bags to 50 dedicated residents, empowering them to contribute to a greener future. This initiative began with an insightful seminar on Burns Prevention and Treatment, emphasizing the importance of community health and safety.
Additionally, in celebration of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Month, we distributed hygiene kits to further support the well-being of our community members.

Territorial Army Castillejos

January 25, 2025

Super busy day with full to the brim morning session and this afternoon out first BPTE session of 2025. This was for the TA (Territorial Army) troop in Castillejos and was a really good session, very interactive! Only home about 10 mins when a new case came for help. 15mths old infant with hot liquid scald. Typical distribution , one side of the body. This accident had literally just happened and the baby was brought straight to Triple B Care Projects, where the 20 min cooling began right away. As per policy, no pics of injured children (or adults ) on FB . But a big shout out to the family for bringing the baby here so soon
Its never too late to learn BPTE - Burns Prevention, Treatment and Education!!!
